Welcome to several new volunteers, it has been quiet as expected but things will be busier in September! Thanks everyone for their support of ActOne and a special thanks to those who help with Events, it makes a big difference. Alongside the regular Evenings there are several three Concerts coming up on evenings of Friday Sept 5th, Sat Sept 20th, Sat Sept 27th, – all help will be appreciated.
Good-bye to Yidan
She is returning overseas in the early Autumn, we wish her well! This leaves a job vacancy, if you are interested or know of anyone who might be you can follow the link below to see the job description.

We are having a Meeting on Tuesday September 16th at 5.30-6.30 pm. An opportunity to have your say! All welcome.
Ealing Film Festival
On October 2nd ActOne is hosting the ‘Homegrown’ part of the Ealing Film Festival for local film-makers; Films (shorts) will be shown in both screens and an Award Ceremony will be held in the Lounge. Nick Jones, one of the Directors, will be on the Judging Panel. Tickets are available for guests in the normal way with comp. seats for the film-makers. It is very popular and will be a particularly busy evening for Volunteers!

Ealing Beat; 6/7th and 13/14th September, Actone will be host for Francesa Busca, Creator of sustainable art from Waste.
Poets Corner Community Garden Street Party- 14th September 2-6pm. Music and fun! Corner of Churchfield Road and Myrtle Road.
