Welcome to The Acton Pop-Up
Phase Two of the campaign to put a cinema on the High Street.
Phase 1 helped us win the bid with Ealing Council to turn the Old Library into a cinema and cafe-bar, and fund the design, legal and planning stages. Now we’re fundraising for the Pop-Up. It’s a vital ‘meanwhile’ solution to take the cinema beyond restrictions, and attract investors to the full project when we’re on top of the virus. Your donations will help fund the screen, projector, seats, acoustic drapes and other essential equipment that will make our new local cinema.
We hope for funding from the Mayor’s ‘Make London’ scheme. The more support and money we generate ourselves the better the chances of attracting GLA money.
We need your help to achieve this - every pound counts! Many have already given - but anything you can spare for this transformative project would be a massive boost.
